An unlucky day

The eyelid twitching theory doesn't work at all. Nothing good happened today.

History lessons are becoming more boring. I really can't stay awake. He just goes on and on about Nazis but I have no idea what he was talking about. And they expect us to read all the History notes?! I can never understand why some people love humanities.

I forgot to bring my file home so I didn't do anything today even though I had so much time.

Should I buy contacts or specs?

I listened to songs for whole of today. And slept for 2 hours in the afternoon. How great is that.

Tomorrow's timetable is like... one of the worst days. Our odd week timetable is really unbearable. Monday was bad enough. Tomorrow we'll be having HCL, recess, Math, Chemistry, Physics and English. How can anyone have 4 lessons in a row, somemore such boring ones! Thursday is just as bad. PE, Physics, Math, Chemistry, CLE and History. And why do we even have 3 History lessons in a week... -.-

He really deserves that. Why do these people even exist. Why does he need so much money anyway. 50 billion dollars... It's enough to last him a few generations..

OMG MY SPECS BROKE INTO 2!!!!!! ARG!!!!! HOW CAN THIS EVER HAPPEN! NONE OF MY SPECS LAST EVEN A YEAR OTHER THAN MY FIRST PAIR!!!!

How. GOD. My mum will get damn pissed. This pair is like 100 bucks. Yes it's cheap. But imagine you have to buy a pair every half a year. I should buy contacts.

1st day of term 3...

I believe that nobody's timetable is worse than mine. Philosophy, Math, History, Chemistry, English and Social Studies. OMG. This is the first day of school and it's such a long and boring day?!!

I'm dead. I can't do Chinese homework at all. I'm like doing the Math homework. I haven't done anything for Chinese. I'm so dead. Hopefully a lot of people didn't finish.

I'm so hungry. But I don't want to go and cook. The whole house is so dark and scary :/

OK back to homework.

This is exactly 12 hours from the time I have to wake up tomorrow morning. OH MAN

I was making stuff using the beads my tenant gave me. I made her a chick yesterday and a star and cross today.


So nice right (though the chick looks a little weird)! I'm giving the cross to Clarinda as early birthday present. HAHA

Anyway, I REALLY need to do some homework now. I totally forgot that today's Sunday untill like 4pm. So after I'm done with my movie and dinner, I'll start doing something!!!!

Oh yeah forgot to tell u that I'm going to Keane's concert with Danielle. Haha she wanted someone to accompany her... so I'm going with her! But I don't even know who they are. LOL. Now I owe so many people money. She paid everything for me first... :/

This is the craziest thing on earth

There're at least 315 H1N1 cases in Singapore already and they still want school to start on Monday?! Please, it's so dangerous! We're not like those rich kids who can go to school in cars okay. The risk of getting it is so high when we take MRTs! And there have been 2 cases involving students from our school. Even if they didn't go to school, it's still not entirely safe for us to go right. And, a lot of the new cases were from Republic Poly, which is like less than 1km from my house. Maybe even less than 500m.

Anyway, I sprained my ankle yesterday at Ngee Ann Poly.... -.- It was super bad yesterday after I reached home. It's the first ever time that a sprained ankle felt so painful. I sprained twice before and they weren't painful AT ALL.

Great, school is starting and I haven't done anything. I have to rush everything tomorrow I guess! And hopefully I won't get too distracted.

OMG this is damn stupid. I realised what's wrong with my touchpad. Yesterday I was trying to change the settings when I connected my laptop to the TV. So I was pressing everythin randomly. And I pressed Fn+F7, which disables the touchpad. SO DAMN LAME LUH

My laptop touchpad suddenly doesn't work anymore!!!! HOW!!!!! and the left and right clicks don't work as well! :(((((((((

OMG

My mum's friends are coming over today. I have P6 class reunion on Thurs. A workshop on Fri. Sending my tenant to the airport on Sat (she didn't get her student pass so she has to go back China and wait. If she doesn't get it, she won't be able to come for 3 years :/ which mean I don't get to see her anymore. She's going Australia for university. And then going US. So our only chance will be in US, after at least... 5 years?)

Okay. So this means I have no time left. I don't think I can even finish all the Chinese hw. OMG

A "productive" day

Today's a productive day, in a way.

I watched 3 movies and finished HIMYM S4. I watched Coraline, 狼牙之阿布 & 金钱帝国. Now I'm watching Eagle Eye.

This is totally crazy. I just can't start doing work. I tried so many times but I just can't :(

For some reason the funniest episodes are all ep19. season 2 and season 4 ep 19 are both super funny! (of course there are others)

The holiday is ending in less than 10 full days.

I haven't done Chinese and Math homework. And Physics. And I think we were supposed to get our Chemistry and Physics file ready for file check? :/

Oh this morning my mum was looking at my letter from POSB and she kept nagging. She said I spent all the money in the account despite my 50 bucks weekly pocket money. I haven't even gone out during holidays other than the science centre, which was erm, somewhat related to studies. So she can't blame me. I mean I have to buy presents for so many people. How can she expect me to get all that money from my pocket money.. And we watched like how many movies. Like 1 every week or something.

I need to go to KBOX. And I want to go for my singing lessons but they're too expensive.

OMG when's Harry Potter coming out?

I watched like 18 episodes of HIMYM S4 in 2 days. While watching some other stuff.

What to take in JC?

I was asking Ron about medicine progs in universities. He says the course is a total of 6 years, 5 years of study and 1 year of practice under mentor. After that we'll have a 4 or 5 year bond, during which we'll have to work in govt hospitals or something like that! He said can get 60 bucks per hour! imagine we work for 5 hours a day, and 20 days a month! Can earn 6000 already. OMG

He said we'll have to take Bio and Chem if we want to do medicine. If we take Phys and Chem, we will do jobs more related to engineering. Like chem engineering, architect, environmental engineering, material engineering, etc. So I guess I'll have to take Bio and Chem in JC!

A Walk to Remember

I finally finished the book. After almost 3 weeks. And when I went to search for the movie, I realised I have watched it before! I love the girl's voice (you know at the front part, she was singing in church choir...)

I didn't go for choir today... My mum says she'll write letter for me. She thinks it's dangerous to go out since we may just be unlucky enough to get H1N1, esp when a RJC person got it.

12 more days

More than 2 weeks if holiday are gone but I haven't done anything other than the English comprehension which I took like 2 days to finish... -.- Such a failure. I really wanted to study. I haven't touched my Chinese homework yet and I have no idea how long that'll take me. At least 10 hours continuously (which means at least 4-5 days for me D:)

I watched UP. It's quite nice and cute but not as funny as I expected it to be!

I finished 霹雳MIT in 2 days... LOL. It's quite nice! Better than I expected. But 炎亚纶 is seriously quite gay... :/ He totally looks like Adam Lambert.

Science Centre!

Today Zhiqi and I went to the Singapore Science Centre! Haven't been there since after P6. It has changed a lot! :D There're new exhibitions.

We went to the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition too. It was super cool! I advise everyone to go and take a look. You really have to admit that he is a genius. Not only could he paint well, he also has numerous inventions. It's quite weird that a person in the 16th century could think of such things!

So disappointing

Got back mid-year results today! So disappointing. Even though I didn't work hard this year, but still, I expected something higher, since some of my results improved. I got 3.33 only. Hai.. I wonder how I am going to take Chem in JC. I just can't do well for Chem tests. And um this year my History was totally screwed. I used to get 3.6/4.0 and now it's like what? 2.4... and it's 59%. I got 64% for Eng and 69% for SS. WTH. Can't they just give me 1 more percent. GOD. My mum will surely go crazy cos only 3 out of the 9 subjects are above median. Sucks. This totally sucks. The mid-year exams totally pulled everything down! If not I might have gotten about 3.5/3.6? About there... And my Math was like... ALL BECAUSE OF THE TRIGO TEST!!!

Anyway, Danielle and Clarinda came to my house today. We watched Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. LOL. We didn't really watch properly. Was talking.

1 week of holiday is almost over! And I didn't even do anything :( I really hope that I can get 3.6 at the end of the year. Seriously. And I hope I can get into ACS(I) for IB!!!

Anyway, I went to NUS for Singapore Math Olympiad today! I stupidly signed up and wasted 8 bucks. (Was it 8?) I haven't done anything related for like 2 year.. And this year the questions were harder than usual! (I mean it luh. I'm not the only one who said it's difficult.) I wrote quite a few '1's. If you know what I mean (This is Nicholas Sparks' tag line. It appeared so many times in A Walk to Remember). HAHA

Hai.. There's choir tomorrow :( My life is so sad.
